Guests + Atmosphere
To keep the salon calm and focused, we ask that you come to your appointment solo. Children, are not permitted unless they’re receiving a service themselves.
Caregivers and caretakers are, of course, always welcome.
This helps ensure every client can fully unwind and enjoy their appointment time.
Arrival + Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment so your stylist can provide the best possible experience. If you’re running late, reach out directly to your stylist, as each service provider operates independently, their late and rescheduling policies may vary.
Payments + Cancellations
Each stylist within Avenue Collective is an independent artist who manages their own booking system, pricing, and policies. Please refer to your stylist’s booking page or confirmation message for details regarding deposits, payment methods, or cancellation/reschedule windows.

Avenue Collective is home to a community of independent stylists who share a commitment to modern artistry and exceptional client care. While we operate together in one space, each stylist manages their own business, including their hours, pricing, and procedures.
